Tennessee Division of Forestry is partnering with the USFS Cherokee National Forest (CNF) to open harvesting opportunities for over 62,000 acres of forest land in the CNF.
The meeting will inform members of the forest industry of the following topics:
Location of existing and future timber sales
Species composition, volume, tract size, and silviculture prescriptions
Expected timing of timber sales
Road location and state
Available markets
Available financial assistance
